Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on orders over $100!
- We work to ship out orders on the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. It typically takes 2-6 business days for orders to arrive based on location.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after checkout.
- ***Please note we are not responsible for stolen, lost, or misdelivered packages. If the carrier confirms delivery we will be unable to issue a refund. Once the items are marked as delivered by the carrier you will need to contact them regarding your package.

If your package is lost in transit please email shopnoragee@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items. If the items are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
